E-mail Policy

We receive lots of email. It is not unusual for us to receive hundreds of email on a Monday morning. This has led us to develop an email policy.

We will not answer email which does not identify the writer by name and address.

If you do not receive an answer within a week please resend your email.

Many email messages are received which we cannot answer. Many bounce possibly because the sender's computers are not configured properly.

We receive emails which have the wrong date on the computer. On our system these are hardly ever 'found'.
