BDM Indexes for Australia and New Zealand

This fiche set contains over 381,000 records of deaths registered in South Australia under a compulsory registration system introduced in 1842. It has been compiled entirely from information extracted from the death registrations held by the South Australian Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Office. It includes all registrations up to the end of the year 1972. The information is the same as on the CD.
